Grade 1 Geometry Adventure
Magic 3D Shape Builder is an interactive geometry game that helps primary students explore how three-dimensional shapes are constructed. Students connect corners with lines to build cubes, pyramids, and prisms, then use Magic Fill to reveal the completed solid.
Students practise recognizing and describing 3D shapes while noticing important attributes such as corners, edges, faces, and overall structure. The levels include a cube, triangular pyramid, square pyramid, triangular prism, and rectangular prism.
Read or listen to the shape prompt, then tap two marshmallow corners to connect them with a line. Follow the faint guide lines to complete the shape. Tap an existing line if you need to delete it, and use the rotation controls to view the model from different angles.
This activity can support geometry lessons, math centres, small-group instruction, or independent practice. It gives young learners a hands-on visual way to connect 3D shape vocabulary with the parts they can actually see and build.
Students develop spatial reasoning by constructing solids, counting corners and lines, comparing different 3D shapes, and rotating models to examine them from multiple viewpoints. Free Build mode also encourages experimentation and creative geometric thinking.
